3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 Verification Process

bd49 may request documents to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held until this verification process is complete. This step is required to prevent money laundering.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15x, meaning you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.

4.2 VIP Cashback Program

bd49's VIP program has 5 tiers. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If bd49 suspects misuse of bonus benefits, it may investigate and cancel the bonus. Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, using bots, or collecting bonuses through any automated method is strictly prohibited.

4.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus has a specific expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd49 and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using a false identity or documents
• Using bots, automated software or any technical advantage
• Unauthorized access to another member's account
• Hacking or manipulating the promotion or bonus system
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Harassing, intimidating or harming another member
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability in the platform

6.1 bd49's Rights

bd49 may immediately suspend or terminate any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity
• Failure to complete identity verification
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period
• Legal or regulatory reasons

6.2 Member's Rights

You may request to close your account at any time. All valid funds will be returned after processing is complete. Contact support to close your account.

7.1 Fair Play
